Jamil leads games strategic partnerships on the business development team for Google Play. This includes setting outreach and support strategy for key game segments on the store, and managing direct points of contact for game developers. The scope of the team's support includes technical resources, best practices, and editorial featuring. Jamil also manages the games portfolio for Android TV, and works across teams on future store iterations and improved discovery. Jamil has been in games for over a decade, having headed a game studio, led BD for Funzio through its acquisition, signed publishing deals at EA, and managed the GDC.
