Katherine Cross is a Ph.D student in sociology at the CUNY Graduate Centre in New York, a writer, and a gaming critic. Her work has appeared in Polygon, Offworld, Kotaku, Bitch Magazine, as well as Gamasutra and Feministing where she writes weekly columns on gaming and politics respectively (or, frankly, different admixtures of both).
